Lost Astronaut - Terms Of Service

Welcome to Lost Astronaut: 2D Space Survival (the “Game”), developed and published by Technify Soft (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to play the Game. By playing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and play the Game for entertainment purposes only.

The Game includes optional in-app purchases (such as Gold packs or upgrades) available through Google Play Store billing.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by Google Play’s refund policy.

• Purchased virtual items (e.g., Gold) have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any in-game item or feature at any time without notice.

4. Advertisements

The game displays AdMob ads and may occasionally show rewarded videos or interstitial ads.
By using the game, you agree that ads may appear during gameplay or between sessions.
We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.

We may collect limited, non-personal information (such as device type, gameplay statistics, and crash data) to improve the Game experience.
